During these unprecedented times, Goodwill’s mission—helping individuals achieve greater independence—is more important than ever. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted many of our programs to serve more Coloradans.

Here at Goodwill, we believe that when people are given a chance, great things can happen for them, their families, and for our entire community. Our programs focus on The Power of Work, the idea that WORK—a job, a career, experience—is the force that can guide anyone to success.

Explore what we have to offer:

  • Everyone deserves an opportunity to succeed
    Goodwill’s Community Employment and Day Programs provide pre-vocational training and other supports to hundreds of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Participants work with Goodwill staff to identify supported work opportunities in a facility-based setting or out in the community. Goodwill also has the only prevocational program for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.

  • Keeping students focused on a successful future
    Based out of local middle and high schools, Goodwill’s Youth Career Development Program helps students make a plan for graduation and beyond. Goodwill staff, volunteers, and mentors can help you get connected to jobs, internships, scholarships, and community service opportunities to give you options as you think about a future career and/or college.

  • Enabling agriculture workers to keep working
    The Colorado AgrAbility program provides farmers and ranchers with the resources and assistance they need to continue working even after an injury or illness. This program is a partnership between Colorado State University Extension Services and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Click here for more information.

  • Giving back to the community starts with our employees
    Goodwill helps its employees who are facing hardship access support, life skills training, and financial assistance, enabling them to keep working to support themselves and their families. More than 60% of Goodwill’s employees have disabilities or other disadvantaging conditions. Click here for more information.
