Karla Grazier
President/CEO

In addition to her role as President and CEO of Discover Goodwill, Karla serves on numerous community, state and national boards and committees, including those of the Chamber and Economic Development Council of Colorado Springs, Colorado Thirty Group, Women’s CEO Non-Profit Roundtable, and the Pikes Peak Workforce Investment Board of El Paso and Teller Counties.

Tim Cooper became Vice President of Operations and Sales of Discover Goodwill in August 2017 after working 7 years in senior leadership with Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana.

Denise Krug
Vice President, Workforce Development & Community Programs, and Contracts

Denise Krug has held many positions at Discover Goodwill over the past 40 years. She currently supervises all workforce development, community programs and contracts divisions, and manages a budget of over $29 million annually.

Bonnie Martinez

Vice President, Marketing & Development

Bonnie Martinez joined Discover Goodwill in June 2012 as Vice President of Partnerships. Since then, her role has expanded to include oversight of Marketing, Communications, Development and Volunteer Services.

Lorrie Molli
Vice President, Innovation and Strategic Planning

Lorrie joined Discover Goodwill in 1987. She served four years as Director of Public Relations and 26 years as Vice President of Operations and Sales. During her years in Operations, Lorrie helped grow Goodwill’s customer-focused retail operation from $4.5 million to nearly $30 million annually keeping Goodwill competitive in both the traditional and thrift retail markets.

Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development

Gary Smith joined Discover Goodwill in December 2008 to implement and manage the Corporate Training and Development function. His role was later expanded and he was promoted to Director of Learning and Continuous Improvement. In April, 2016, Gary became the Vice President of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Continuous Improvement.
