In addition to her role as President and CEO of Discover Goodwill, Karla serves on numerous community, state and national boards and committees, including those of the Chamber and Economic Development Council of Colorado Springs, Colorado Thirty Group, Women’s CEO Non-Profit Roundtable, and the Pikes Peak Workforce Investment Board of El Paso and Teller Counties.

Tom Wildenberg was hired as Goodwill’s Chief Financial Officer/CFO in February 2019. Prior to joining Goodwill, Tom served as CFO for the retail divisions at Vail Resorts and his extensive financial, retail and strategic planning experience closely align with Goodwill’s diverse operations and mission focus.

Tim Cooper

Vice President, Operations & Sales
Tim Cooper became Vice President of Operations and Sales of Discover Goodwill in August 2017 after working 7 years in senior leadership with Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana.

Denise Krug

Vice President, Workforce Development, Community Programs & Contracts
Denise Krug has held many positions at Discover Goodwill over the past 40 years. She currently supervises all workforce development, community programs and contracts divisions, and manages a budget of over $29 million annually.

Bonnie Martinez, Vice President, Marketing & Development

Bonnie Martinez joined Discover Goodwill in June 2012 as Vice President of Partnerships. Since then, her role has expanded to include oversight of Marketing, Communications, Development and Volunteer Services.

Lorrie Molli

Vice President, Innovation and Strategic Planning
Lorrie joined Discover Goodwill in 1987. She served four years as Director of Public Relations and 26 years as Vice President of Operations and Sales. During her years in Operations, Lorrie helped grow Goodwill’s customer-focused retail operation from $4.5 million to nearly $30 million annually keeping Goodwill competitive in both the traditional and thrift retail markets.

Gary Smith

Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development
Gary Smith joined Discover Goodwill in December 2008 to implement and manage the Corporate Training and Development function. His role was later expanded and he was promoted to Director of Learning and Continuous Improvement. In April, 2016, Gary became the Vice President of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Continuous Improvement.

Grace Harrison has been an active real estate broker, developer and entrepreneur along Colorado’s Front Range for the past ten years. With her passion for hospitality and excellent customer service, Grace has established Peak Place, a cafe serving coffee, beer, wine and food, and Hold Fast Coffee Co., a coffee roastery committed to making coffee easy and enjoyable for others, from first interaction to last sip.

Mark Perrault

Mark Perrault is a Wealth Management Advisor and focuses on business development, client relationships and spearheads philanthropic outreach. In 2018, Mark served as Discover Goodwill’s Foundation Board Vice Chair and was appointed as Board Chair in January 2019.
