Vice President of Rehabilitation and Community Services
I have been with Goodwill 36 years and have had the privilege of watching the Rehabilitation and Community Services unit grow from a few staff in 1975 to 200 employees today.  My passion is developing new relevant and cutting-edge programs to meet the evolving needs of our community. I have been involved in all aspects of running twenty programs to include contract management, strategic planning, grant writing and implementation of tools to increase our ability to measure and improve program effectiveness. Before my current position, I managed vocational programs including on-the-job training, work readiness training, work adjustment, testing and placement programs. I have my MA in Psychology and BA in Social Welfare/Psychology with an emphasis in Gerontology.

Possibilities Staff Tina ArgusTina Argus
Program Manager for Discover Goodwill
I have been part of the Goodwill family since August 2004, where I began my career as an employment consultant. Since then I have managed to wear a few different hats but have enjoyed every job task, as they all have served the same purpose. I love knowing that my job, and every job that our staff completes, is serving to make our clients more independent! I came to Goodwill with a background education in Psychology, and a passion for helping people. I know that no matter where I am in life, that passion will always burn. Thank you for choosing to work with our mission, vision and most importantly, the clients that make it all possible.
